在用户主动使用相关功能时，EyeX 可能会处理以下信息：
当前版本不要求用户注册账号，通常也不会要求用户提交姓名、邮箱、手机号等账户资料。
上述信息仅用于实现 App 的核心功能，即 App 功能用途，包括但不限于：
这些信息不用于广告投放，不用于跨 App 跟踪，不用于营销目的，也不用于建立用户行为画像。
用于搜索、连接、通信和管理智能眼镜设备。
用于语音助手、语音输入及相关语音交互功能。
用于将语音转换为文字，以支持语音助手、翻译及其他语音相关能力。
仅在用户主动保存识图结果图片或相关生成内容时使用。
当用户主动使用 AI 识图、语音助手、翻译等在线能力时，完成该次功能所必需的照片、音频或文本内容可能会发送至第三方服务接口进行处理。相关数据的传输范围以完成当前请求为限。
除实现功能所必需的第三方服务调用外，我们不会主动向无关第三方出售或披露用户信息。
在当前版本中，上述照片或视频、音频数据及其他用户内容通常不会与特定用户身份直接关联。EyeX 当前版本不提供账号登录体系，也不以广告跟踪为目的收集这些数据。
如果未来产品能力发生变化并涉及新的数据处理方式，我们将及时更新本隐私政策。
部分功能结果可能会在设备本地或 App 本地临时保存，用于页面展示、收藏状态和交互连续性。当前版本暂未开放媒体导入功能，因此不会在该功能场景下主动收集用户本地相册内容。
用户可随时通过设备系统设置管理蓝牙、麦克风、语音识别和照片访问等权限。关闭相关权限后，依赖该权限的功能可能无法正常使用。

When the user actively uses related features, EyeX may process the following information:
The current version does not require account registration and generally does not request account information such as name, email address, or phone number.
The information above is used only for core app functionality, meaning App Function purposes, including but not limited to:
This information is not used for advertising, not used for cross-app tracking, not used for marketing purposes, and not used to build user behavior profiles.
Used to discover, connect to, communicate with, and manage the smart glasses device.
Used for the voice assistant, voice input, and related voice interaction features.
Used to convert speech into text to support the voice assistant, translation, and other voice-related features.
Used only when the user actively saves recognition result images or related generated content.
When the user actively uses online capabilities such as AI image recognition, voice assistant, or translation, the photos, audio, or text required to complete that request may be sent to third-party service interfaces for processing. The scope of transmission is limited to completing the current request.
Except for third-party service calls necessary to provide core functionality, we do not proactively sell or disclose user information to unrelated third parties.
In the current version, the photos or videos, audio data, and other user content described above are generally not linked directly to a specific user identity. The current version of EyeX does not provide account sign-in and does not collect this data for advertising tracking purposes.
If product capabilities change in the future and introduce new data-processing practices, we will update this privacy policy accordingly.
Some feature results may be stored temporarily on the device or within the app to support UI display, favorites status, and interaction continuity. Media import is not available in the current version, so the app does not actively collect photo library content for that feature.
Users can manage Bluetooth, microphone, speech recognition, and photo access permissions at any time in their device system settings. If a permission is disabled, the related feature may not function properly.
